Distorted Nostalgia is a video installation created for Open Doors, an event centered around the theme of nostalgia. Conceived as a house-party-like experience, the event brought together fragments of childhood through objects, atmospheres, and shared memories.

My installation explores personal memories by revisiting elements from my own childhood that I find emotionally significant. These fragments were then distorted through digital technologies, transforming them into a series of visual compositions.

The projections were displayed in the main room of the event, cast onto suspended fabrics, creating an immersive and fragmented environment that blurs the line between memory and reinterpretation.
